RADS Adopts nGAGE, the Transformative Employee Engagement Solution

DPL has secured its first official client for nGAGE, its revolutionary employee engagement software. Research and Development Solutions (RADS), a Pakistan-based research and consultancy organization, has chosen nGAGE to enhance its recruitment and employee engagement processes.
RADS specializes in public health, monitoring and evaluation, and policy research, collaborating with governments and international donors. With a dynamic workforce and project-based operations, RADS requires structured employee engagement software, making nGAGE an ideal choice.
RADS sought to transform its internal processes and improve employee engagement, aiming for a fundamental change in the way they operate. DPL will offer RADS three key services to help achieve this transformation: the implementation of nGAGE, expansion of Microsoft 365 usage, and deployment of Odoo Business Applications.
The nGAGE implementation will provide RADS with the latest features, personal & project feedback and leave & attendance management. DPL will also help RADS expand its use of Microsoft Teams and Planner, creating structured teams for departments and enhancing collaboration.
Additionally, DPL will deploy Odoo Recruitment application, streamlining end-to-end recruitment process at RADS. This will help define and optimize recruitment operations, with seamless integration of key data into nGAGE for improved efficiency.
nGAGE enhances HR operations, organizational development, and employee engagement, providing a centralized platform for career development and incentive-driven rewards. RADS expects the software to refine its recruitment framework and improve overall hiring efficiency.
The implementation process spans eight weeks, covering system setup, integration, deployment, and testing. Following this, RADS will receive ongoing cloud-based support, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements.
